Happy Birthday NCSAM or Happy Halloween?

National CyberSecurity Awareness Month was started back in 2004 in the USA to raise awareness on online security and how to prevent getting hacked or scammed. But why October? Is it because it's the scariest month of the year?

 

After all that's happened in 2020, can this October or even hackers themselves make it even scarier?

Have I Been Pwned - Here's a site that can really send a shiver up your spine... Enter your personal or professional email address into the online form on this site and it will tell you if that address has been included in any large scale data breaches. If your email is listed there and you haven't changed your passwords since the date of the breach, change it immediately.
